Create and launch a campaign

Campaigns send your sequence to the leads in an assigned list, using the selected sending mailboxes.

1. Create the campaign and select leads

   Open Campaigns, create a campaign, then assign the list you want to enroll.

2. Select sending mailboxes

   Choose individual mailboxes, mailbox tags, or both. CheapSequencer combines the eligible matches without sending twice from the same mailbox.

3. Build the sequence

   Add or remove email steps, choose delays, create subject variants, and write the email body. Use supported lead placeholders where useful.

4. Preview and test

   Preview the message as a lead and send a test email before launch. This is the best time to check personalization, links, and formatting.

5. Launch or pause

   Launch the campaign when it is ready. You can pause it later; pending messages are not sent while the campaign is paused.
