Leads and lists

Import leads from a CSV

Lists make it easy to organize leads and assign a defined audience to a campaign.

  1. Create or choose a destination list

    Open Lists and create a list, or choose an existing list where the imported leads should appear.

  2. Upload the CSV

    Select Import CSV and upload your file. Keep one header row and include an email column for every lead you want to import.

  3. Confirm field mapping

    Review the detected columns and map email, first name, last name, company, and any available custom fields. Confirm the mapping before continuing.

  4. Review the import

    The import result shows accepted rows and any rows that were skipped. Leads are matched by email to avoid unnecessary duplicates.
