What changes between plans?
Monthly send volume and inbox type. Starter includes 10,000 sends with Cheap Inboxes mailboxes. Growth and Scale add more volume and let you connect your own Google and Microsoft inboxes.
Can I use my existing Gmail or Outlook inboxes?
Yes, on Growth or Scale. Starter works with Cheap Inboxes mailboxes only.
Can you migrate my existing inboxes?
Yes — on the Scale plan our team moves your existing inboxes over for you at no extra cost. Book a call and we’ll plan the move with you.
What happens if I hit my send limit?
Campaign sends pause and pick up again when your allowance resets each month — or straight away if you move to a bigger plan.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade whenever your volume grows. A downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do I need an annual contract?
No. Starter, Growth and Scale are all month to month, and you can cancel anytime.
Is warm-up really included on every plan?
Yes. Warm-up is unlimited on every plan and never counts toward your monthly sends.
