Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CheapSequencer (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, the security of your credentials, and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk email in violation of anti-spam laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL).
  • Send messages without a lawful basis or required consent, or without a working opt-out.
  • Distribute malware, phishing, or fraudulent, deceptive, or harassing content.
  • Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or violate any applicable law.
  • Abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

You are solely responsible for the content you send and for complying with the email and privacy laws that apply to your campaigns and recipients.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party providers (such as mailbox and email-infrastructure providers). Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates legal or operational risk. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheapSequencer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
