Configure campaign sending settings

Campaign settings control when messages can be sent and when a lead should stop receiving further steps.

  1. Set the schedule

Choose the timezone, sending days, sending hours, and daily campaign limit that fit the audience you are contacting.

  2. Set a natural send delay

Use the delay range to spread sends through the sending window instead of sending a batch at one exact time.

  3. Choose campaign priority

Select whether follow-ups or first-touch messages should receive available sending capacity first.

  4. Review stop rules

Keep stop-on-reply, stop-on-bounce, and stop-on-unsubscribe enabled unless you have a deliberate reason not to.

  5. Choose the recipient format

Use Recipient name in To field when you want a display name with the address. Turn it off to send to the address alone.
