Start in Smart inbox
Smart inbox shows reply threads from your workspace leads and excludes WarmUp traffic. It is the fastest view for campaign responses.
Change the conversation filter when needed
All non-WarmUp shows every conversation except WarmUp traffic. Show all messages includes every available message, including WarmUp.
Narrow the list
Use mailbox, subject, unread, and mailbox-tag filters to find the conversation you need.
Read, reply, and tag
Open a conversation to review its messages, reply from the mailbox, mark it read or unread, archive it, and tag a reply when appropriate.
