Use WarmUp safely

WarmUp creates controlled mailbox activity and measures where those messages land. Its allocated capacity is tracked separately from campaign sending.

  1. Enable WarmUp on ready mailboxes

Open WarmUp or Inboxes, select connected mailboxes, and enable WarmUp. Avoid enabling it on a mailbox that still needs review.

  2. Set the daily maximum

Choose the maximum WarmUp messages per day. The outbound campaign allocation is shown alongside it so the total mailbox capacity stays clear.

  3. Use the automatic curve or set a custom ramp-up

The automatic curve starts conservatively. Choose a custom starting point and daily increase only for mailboxes that are already established, and keep both within the mailbox maximum.

  4. Monitor placement and replies

Use the WarmUp table and mailbox detail to review recent sends, replies, inbox placement, spam pressure, saved messages, and any failure reason.

  5. Pause when needed

Pausing WarmUp stops future WarmUp activity for that mailbox. Re-enable it when the mailbox is ready to continue.
